By using Whisp, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Whisp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App. These terms apply to all users, including free and premium subscribers.

2. Description of service

Whisp is a personal journaling application for tracking signs, synchronicities, dreams, and symbols. It includes AI-powered features for generating personalized reflections and pattern insights. The service is provided by Eyes Wide Wellness ("we," "us," or "our").

3. User accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Whisp.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Whisp offers free and premium tiers. Premium features require a paid subscription.

  • In-app subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the respective platform's policies.
  • Web subscriptions are processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Founding member pricing, where offered, is locked for the duration of your continuous subscription. If you cancel, founder pricing may not be available upon resubscription.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Your content

You own the content you create in Whisp — your journal entries, logs, notes, and data. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for the content you enter. Do not enter sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for your journaling practice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
  • Use automated tools to access the App at scale
  • Misrepresent your identity or create fake accounts

7. AI-generated content

Whisp uses AI to generate personalized reflections. These are meant for personal reflection and meaning-making only — they are not professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Do not rely on AI-generated content for decisions requiring professional judgment.

8. Disclaimers

Whisp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of AI outputs, or fitness for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eyes Wide Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Whisp.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
